Floors-R-Us offer a number of different delivery options.
We have a choice of UK delivery options to suit your needs:
- Option 1 - Delivery in 3 to 5 working days - £40+VAT
- Option 2 - Delivery in 3 to 5 working days on orders over £400+VAT - Free
- Option 3 - Collection in 5 working days from any Floors-R-Us store - Free
Flooring products delivered arrive between 8:30am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. You are able to supply your preferred delivery day in the shopping cart, when you purchase your choice of products. We will call you if we are unable to deliver on this date, and to arrange an alternate date that is convenient to you.
In order for a successful delivery, you must be at your delivery address to sign for your flooring products. In the event that you are not available to provide a signature on the pre-arranged date, then you may be charged for re-delivery.
Deliveries cannot be left outside in porches, garages or any other location. At this time, if you live above the ground floor (i.e. in a flat) we are only able to deliver your goods to the ground floor entrance.
We normally use a third party delivery company, and as such the drivers are unfortunately unable to move the goods inside for you. They are only able to deliver flooring products to the outside of your home.
Please note: We only deliver to United Kingdom addresses. These delivery options relate to our Internet store only.
